We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from She Quoted Co. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation).


Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it, contact us at shequotedco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
